Moyer Charged With Additional Charges

A Coudersport man being held in Berks County Jail for fondling a child,
while out on bail from a Coudersport incident has been slapped with 30 more
counts of sexual Molestation. 37-year-old Brian Moyer was let out on bail
after 77 counts were levied against him for incidents involving five boys.
State Police have prepared and issued 30 more charge against the man. Moyer
is now in jail, with bail set at 1 million dollars.

Editor's Note: This stuff should not be happening. I still cannot believe
they let him off on bail. Repeated calls to the District Judge in
Coudersport have gone unanswered. Why does our bail standards allow someone
to be let out when facing 72 counts of molestation?
