Birthday Present Gets Dad in Trouble

A birthday present gone wrong left a Jamestown man in jail. 35 year old
Richard Tyler is accused of endangering the welfare of a child after he
allowed an 11 year old girl to drive his car on East Eight Street in the
City of Jamestown.

Apparently the permission to drive the vehicle was granted, as a birthday
present.

Editor's Note: I think his most BLATANT mistake is that this occurred on
East Eight Street in Jamestown.... Reed Run Road is a little less obvious.
And that's where Roulette Kids all learn how to drive at 11.
