Charges Against Cornelius's Dropped

All charges levied against a Roulette Couple were dropped before the
District Judge in a hearing last week.

The Potter Leader Enterprise in Coudersport reports that charges of perjury,
criminal conspiracy, and false swearing against Randy and Mary Cornelius
were dismissed.
The charges were in relation to a 2002 trial when Randy was convicted of
simple assault.
The Cornelius's attorney, Sam Stretton pulled for the dismissal of the
charges.

District Attorney Jeff Leber filed the charges ironically about the same
time that Stretton filed briefs to the Supreme Court for the couple.
