Limestone Resident To Appear In Court

A Limestone Resident will appear in McKean County court to face sex charges.
District Attorney Chris Hauser ruled that there is enough evidence for the
case against 20 year old Justin Spiess to go to trial.

Spiess posted the 5 thousand dollar bail amount set by Hauser.

He's accused of Rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated
indecent assault, and other sex crimes for an alleged incident against a
minor.
