Sentencing Pushed Back

A Portville teacher accused of sodomy and sex abuse has been delayed again.
James Molyneaux's attorney has requested and received a second postponing
of sentencing from Cattaraugus County court judge Larry Himelein.

Molyneaux is appealing his July 19th conviction.

62-year old Molyneaux could receive 50 years in prison.
