Scarnati Bill

A Bill sponsored by State Senator Joe Scarnati would hopefully force the
government to act with more fiscal responsibility.
The Taxpayer Fairness act would require the government to live within it's
means.

Scarnati says that with rising gas prices, costs of home heating and other
economic hardships, this is not time for unnecessary government spending.
