No Police in Austin

If you live in Austin, your town no long has it's own Police department.

Since Police Chief, and sole Police force member Shaun Foringer was jailed,
and then resigned and was suspended from the force for allegedly stealing
two pounds of marijuana, Borough Council moved to dissolve the force.

Austin Mayor Albert Gledhill says they did discuss hiring part time
officers.

State Police are taking over law enforcement in the Boro in the meantime.

Foringer was released on 50 thousand dollars bail.
