State Police were called to assist Potter County Human Services with a
patient Sunday.
An 18-year-old Coudersport man was placed in a human services vehicle for
transportation from Charles Cole Memorial Hospital.
Luke Russell then kicked out a window in the vehicle, and climbed outside.

Russell will be charged with criminal mischief. State Police took the young
man to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro.
