Port Allegany Dump Truck Thief

Thirty-one year old Timothy Major appeared yesterday before McKean County
Judge John Yoder on charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen
property. He allegedly obtained a dump truck from Recycle All in Port
Allegany and obtained two loads of topsoil without permission. He is
scheduled for sentencing on December 15, 2005.
