Face-Off's Scarce on Election Day

As four candidates for Bradford City Council appear on the ballots tomorrow,
only three will move on to retain or take public office.

Tom Shay, Ross Neidich, and Tom Riel are on the Republican ballots, with Bob
Onuffer running on the Democratic ticket. The quartet is finishing up last
minute campaigns today, with elections set for tomorrow.

Very Few elections in McKean County actually will result in a competition.
