Sex Offender Sentenced

Forty year old, South Carolina resident, Wayne Dennis appeared yesterday
before McKean County Judge John Yoder. For failing to register under Megan
s Law while he was staying at a motel in Kane while doing construction work.
He was sentenced to one year probation and is to take steps to transfer his
probation to South Carolina.
