Temple Inland Suit Appealed

An appeal has been filed in the Temple Inland lawsuit.
The suit against sensor manufacturer GreCon Electronics was recently thrown
out of McKean County President Judge John Cleland. The judge says the part
that failed did so because of normal wear and tear, not a defect

Four plaintiffs have filed for the appeal after being injured or losing
family members in the February 2001 explosion.
