Work is underway at the former H-O Oats Grain Elevator on Buffalos Water
Front. Thursday marked the groundbreaking of the Seneca Buffalo Creek
Casino.

The newly Indian owned nine acre plot of land allows the tribe to reclaim a
chunk of land originally forfeited in the Buffalo Creek Treaty.
