Coudersport Man Arraigned

A Coudersport man was arraigned by District Judge Barbara Boser today in
connection with two separate incidents
Kevin Lunn, who appeared in Military Uniform, is charged with intimidation
of witnesses or victims and harassment for allegedly following Jessica Lunn,
who is supposed to testify against him in another case.
Boser scheduled a preliminary hearing for December 28th in front of District
Judge Chris Hauser.
Lunn was also arraigned for allegedly writing 16 bad checks to the Foster
Brook Wal-Mart.
A preliminary hearing on charges of theft by deception has been scheduled
for December 28th in Boser's office.
Lunn is in McKean County Jail in lieu of 25 hundred dollars bail.
