Bradford Man Leads Police on Chase

A Bradford man took state police on a 20-mile chase at 4:30 this morning on
Route 66 in Forest County.
Police say 39-year-old William J. Tipton was driving too fast for road
conditions and was involved in a crash with 32-year-old Brenda Lawrence of
Rimbersberg.
Tipton fled the scene and eluded state troopers for 20 miles before he was
stopped.
Police arrested him, then took him to Warren County Jail.
No one was hurt.
