County SWA Fights Back

The McKean County Solid Waste Authority is fighting back against the county
commissioners.
The authority filed papers in McKean County court saying the resolution the
commissioners passed a month ago to dissolve the authority was improper.
Another document says the authority should continue to function because the
county's Municipal Waste Management Plan says the authority is the agency
charged with carrying out the plan.
