Turtlepoint resident, Mary Niles had charges of theft by deception and
forgery waived to court before District Judge Barbara Boser last week.
While employed by Autozone she allegedly took $133.94 in forged vouchers for
returned merchandise and refunded the money to herself. Also, Olean
resident, Tony Brockel had charges of theft by deception and receiving
stolen property, waived to court. He allegedly paid an Otto Township
resident for a 1996 Polaris 300 four-wheeler with a check that belonged to a
Florida resident.
