A Bradford woman was arraigned before District Judge Rich Luther.
22-year-old Beth Lewis is charged with identity theft and conspiracy for a
September incident.
Court Documents say that Lewis, along with two others allegedly tried to
return stolen cosmetics to Walmart, using identification belonging to Joanna
Hendryx.
The trio had no receipt for the cosmetics, so they allegedly obtained a
Wal-Mart gift card, which was used to purchase a vacuum cleaner.
Lewis then allegedly returned the vacuum cleaner, with the receipt, and
received cash.
Court documents allege the cash was used to buy drugs.
Lewis was released after her arraignment.
