DJ's Sworn In

McKean County Judge John Yoder presided when oaths of office were given to
county and local officials at a special session yesterday. President Judge
John Cleland, Dominic Cercone Jr., Richard Luther Jr., and William Todd were
all given oaths.

Judge Yoder administered the oaths to McKean County President Judge John
Cleland, Michael Kennedy of Kane in his second term as district judge of
Kane, Mount Jewett, and Hamlin boroughs as well as Hamilton and Wetmore
Townships. Dominic Cercone Jr. will serve his first term as District Judge
for the city of Bradford. Richard Luther Jr. is the new district Judge for
Bradford, Foster, Corydon and Otto townships as well as the Lewis Run
Borough. William Todd was the other member who is also taking office for
the first time in the district that will preside over Port Allegany,
Smethport, and Eldred boroughs as well as Annin, Lafayette, Norwich,
Keating, Liberty, Eldred and Sergeant townships.
