A Penn State scientist is on a team that discovered a possible dwarf galaxy.
The scientists found a collection of starts in the constellation Virgo that
covers nearly 5,000 times the size of the full moon.
Professor Donald Schneider says the cluster lies about the same distance
from earth, as earth lies from the center of the Milky Way galaxy.
The scientists believe the cluster is a dwarf galaxy that's merging into the
Milky Way.
