Feura Charges Continue

Judge John Cleland has ruled in favor of the DBRC in the feud over over
Roger Feura's building downtown.
Cleland issued an order Friday that ruled that the charges against Feura for
violation of a deed condition, and the Pennsylvania Uniform Fraudulent
Transfer Act would continue.
The charges of trespassing against Feura were dismissed, because Feura is
the actual owner of the building.
It's his right to own the building that is in dispute.
