A Bradford man was accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition
Program for simple assault charges.
25-year-old Joshua Jorgenson approached a car in April, when he saw what he
thought was a man assaulting a woman.
Jorgensen removed the man from the car, and kicked him.
Jorgensen was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.
