Kuleck Resigns

The North Central Regional Planning and Development Commission's executive
board director Ron Kuleck has resigned from his position after 32 years of
service. A special executive meeting was held yesterday in which the board
chairman John Torok of potter county opened the meeting and immediately
asked for an executive session that lasted 3 hours to vote on Kuleck's
resignation request. Deputy Directors Howard Glessner, Mike Lawrence and
Donald Masisak are currently overseeing Kuleck's responsibuilities.
