Despite objections, Port Allegany Borough Council agreed to purchase a 32
thousand dollar tornado-warning siren.
Port Allegany Mayor Joe Demott says he's opposed to the action.
Council members Dave Fair and Bill Burleson both expressed concern and
questions over the siren as well.
