Smethport Grafitti Artists Nabbed

Smethport Police Chief Ryan Yingling says charges are pending in the recent
graffiti incidents. He's not released a name yet, until he can compile a
total dollar amount for the damages.

Police in Bradford recently charged 18 year old tim Bickle and there
juveniles in relation to a local rash of vandalism.

Some of the same slogans and acronyms appeared in the Smethport defacements
as well, but again, no names have been released.
