SW Smith Outgrows Itself

The SW Smith Library in Port Allegany has outgrown itself.
Library board president Marjorie Healy spoke to the Port Allegany Borough
Council last night, and let them know it would be no more expensive to get a
new building rather than to add on to the Church Street Facility.
Officials are looking at the site of the Evangelical United Methodist Church
in Port Allegany for a possible new building.
