Easton Reinstated: Leber Not Happy

Former Potter County District Attorney Jeff Leber is not happy with the
court's decision to reinstate District Judge Annette Easton.

Leber fought to have Easton barred from hearing certain criminal cases.

President Judge John Leete signed an order January 24 that put her back on
the caseload.

Leber claims that Potter County's district judges have operated under biased
attitudes toward certain police officers.
