Teen Racks Up 10K Phone Bill at Group Home

State Police have filed charges against a 17 year old former resident of the Adelphoi Village Group Home in Potter County. The teen allegedly charged over $10,000 on a phone line at the home. The State Police investigation is still ongoing.
