Galeton Woman Sentanced For Welfare Fraud

In Potter County Court Action, 45 year old Beverly Vandergrift of Galeton pleaded guilty to welfare fraud. She has been admitted to the ARD program for 12 months, and agreed to pay back the $1970 she illegally acquired, along with all court costs and fees, and 25 hours of community service.
