Roulette Faces Slight Tax Increase

Roulette Township Supervisors voted earlier this month to approve am 1/8 of a mill tax increase for 2005. The increase helps to balance the budget by generating an additional 2,000 pdollars per year. The Township also voted to raise sewer rates an additional 2 dollars per month, from 32 dollars to 34 dollars. The sewer increase should generate an additional 8 thousand each year, to balance the sewer budget.

Supervisors meet tonight for their annual re-organization meeting, and tomorrow for their regular monthly meeting.
