Man Pleads Guilty to Resisting Arrest

A Knoxville man pleaded guilty in Potter County Court last week. 21 year old Rodney Connelly was arrested for public drunkenness and resisting arrest for a September incident. After State Troopers responded to a complaint of an ATV runner through Harrison Valley, Police discovered an intoxicated Connolly. While Police attempted to take him into custody, he became enraged and spit a cigarette butt in the face of one of the officers, using obscene language.
