"Smokies" on Route 6

Coudersport-based State Troopers report that after an investigation of traffic crashes by Pennsylvania State Police, a high percentage of reportable crashes have been reported on Route 6. In order to reduce reportable crashes, which involve injury or disabling damage to the vehicle, Pa State Police will be increasing traffic enforcement along Route 6 in Potter County. Motorists are urged to drive defensively and with caution. With spring and summer here, traffic will increase.
