James City Man Pleads Guilty to Lewdness in Kane

A James City man pleaded guilty in court to disorderly conduct charges. 50-year-old Elmer Hulings admitted to performing a lewd act in his vehicle, parked at a Kane grocery store in September. Hulings committed the act while he watched people come in and out of the grocery store.

Hulings is currently incarcerated in Elk County Prison on charges for a separate incident. Hulings is accused of rape, aggravated assault, and deviate sexual intercourse charges against an adult male victim. That incident occurred in James City in April. He was jailed in April in lieu of 25 thousand dollars bond.
