Skinner Upgraded to 'Fair'

The Roulette Man injured in a train wreck just outside of Port Allegany has been upgraded to fair condition at this hour. Daniel Skinner was seriously injured when his log truck pulled in front of a Norfolk Southern Train on a private road owned by Postlewait Chipping Company. His trick was severely mangled, and pushed 200 feet from the point of impact.
