Herpes Outbreak Wipes Out Chautauqua Fish

A Herpes outbreak wiped out thousands of fish in Chautauqua Lake. Dead fish are being collected by the truckload in Lakewood NY.
It appears the fish were killed by a virus called coy herpes, which only affects carp.
