Rigas Sentencing Pushed Back

Adelphia founder John Rigas won’t be sentenced right away. Sentencing for John Rigas and his son Timothy has been pushed back another two weeks. THe pair will be sentenced for their conviction on 18 felonies for using publicly traded Adelphia funds as a personal piggy bank, and misrepresenting the companies debt.

John Rigas is 80 years old, his sentencing could lead the Coudersport man to spend the rest of his life in prison.
