Public Drunkenness in Potter County

Pennsylvania State Police arrested Walter Brumbaugh and Matthew Brumbaugh on Monday morning charging them with Public Drunkenness. The brothers were found sleeping on the hood of their car parked on the southbound side of the center lane of State Route 44. The brothers were taken before District Judge Annette Easton for an early morning disposition.
