Alleged Sexual Assault in Potter County

Two men were arrested and charged with statutory sexual assault. 21-year-old
Travis Fay and 20 year old Dustin Morris are charged with statutory sexual
assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, ad furnishing
alcohol to minors. The incident allegedly occurred on Northern Potter road
in Bingham township., The two are accused of having sexual relations with a
14 year old girl in August of last year.
