Olean Murder

Olean City Police have released the name of the man killed Early Wednesday
morning. They have not released anything about the status of the
investigation of the stabbing death of Kurtis Billingslea.

Billinglea, of 207 North 6th Street was taken to Olean General where he died
at 1:15 in the morning.

The stabbing occurred on West State Street at the intersection of North 5th
Street. Police are still searching for eyewitnesses.

Neighbors in the area reportedly heard noises, possible from at least three
or four people, but did not see the crime.
