Santorum Not Forced To Pay

Senator Rick Santorum and his wife will not have to repay the Penn Hills
school district for their children's enrollment in the Pennsylvania Cyber
Charter School. A ruling issued last Friday by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania's office of general counsel stated school officials missed the
deadline to file an objection and therefore the money does not need to be
repaid. According to Santorum, the objection was coincidentally brought up
around the time of his campaign for re-election.
