Peterson Likes Roberts

U.S. Representative John Peterson has issued a statement on the President's
nomination of Judge John Roberts, Jr. to serve as an Associate Justice on
the Supreme Court. According to Peterson, President Bush has chosen well in
his nomination of Buffalo native Roberts for the seat left open by the
retirement of Sandra Day O'Connor. Peterson hopes the confirmation process
for Roberts is fair and dignified.
