The Coudersport man convicted in the 1999 shooting of Kane Police officer
Steve Jerman has been moved to a maximum security prison. 25-year old
Timothy Williams, who was sentenced to 22 to 40 years for the death of
Officer Jerman, is now being held in SCI-Huntingdon. No reason has been
given for the transfer.
Williams has attempted to get a re-trial, but the case was stalled while
waiting for the notes from testimony to become available.
