Medicare will see a big change at the first of the year. Beginning January
1st, all Americans with Medicare will be able to get prescription drug
coverage. According to Dr. Mark McClellan, administrator for Medicare and
Medicaid services, this is one of the most important new benefits in 40
years.

. The coverage is voluntary so for those who are not interested, their
benefits won't change.
