Representatives Kathy Rapp and Martin Causer were on hand at a Red Ribbon
cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of this year's McKean County Fair
Sunday. Rapp read a proclamation from Governor Ed Rendell, several other
citations and provlamations were read, and then presented to fair president
John Berne. The Fair will go on all this week.
