Juvenile Charged

State Police in Coudersport are reporting a juvenile is being charged with
the Unauthorised use of a Motor Vehicle on Thursday. The Juvenile reportedly
took and operated an ATV 4 wheeler without the consent of the owner. The ATV
was recovered by the owner in a field in Ulysses where it was abandoned. The
Juvenile was charged and will appear in District court.
