Jessica's Law Coming to PA

State Senator Joe Scarnati has issued a call for sanctions against sexual
predators. Scarnati says severe penalties must be enacted to keep children
safe.

State Senators Jane Orie and John Raffertty introduced a legislation to
bring Jessica's Law to Pennsylvania.

Scarnati says predators who prey on children under twelve need to be dealt
with swiftly and harshly.
