Potter County Man Charged With Lying To Police

A Harrison Valley man and his wife have been charged with making false
reports to Police. 24-year-old Matthew Kio was in the news recently, as he
reported his car stolen five days ago. AS police investigated, they
determined that Kio gave the vehicle to a friend, and the car was then
involved in a crash in New York State.

Both Kio and his wife, 25-year-old Holly Kio have been charged.
