Mandatory Full Service? Hmm...

One State Legislator is hoping to see a bill that requires PA gas stations to offer full service. Philadelphia democrat Curtis Thomas says his bill will not eliminate self-service gas pumps, but provide helpful options for elderly and disabled people. Right now, New Jersey and Oregon are the only states that require full-service.
