Stolen Car in Potter County

According to Coudersport State police, a 1996 Buick Skylark was stolen sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning.  The vehicle belonging to Matthew Kio Sr. is described as being Black in color with Pennsylvania registration FLC4289.  The vehicle also is described to be having damage on the driver’s side.
