Alleged Coudersport Molester Busted While Out on Bail

A Coudersport man was arrested in Boyertown PA and arraigned on charges of
molestation. The man was free on bail after being charged with 77 alleged
molestations of boys under 7 in Potter County. 37-year-old Bryan Moyer is
currently in jail awaiting a preliminary hearing. He's charged with indecent
assault and corruption of minors for allegedly groping a seven year old boy.

I live in Gilbertsville and Boyertown is right next door and I'm from Roulette. My question....why is someone charged with 77 counts out on bail in the first place? From what I've read in my local paper he is being held on $1 Million down here.
